National Disability Observatory

CONADIS

The National Council on Disability (CONADIS) of Peru is an autonomous and decentralized institution with legal personality, administrative, financial and technical autonomy, responsible for establishing and coordinating policies on disability.

The National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities has considered it appropriate to relaunch the National Disability Observatory, a knowledge and information management tool that is extremely useful for the community linked to and interested in disability issues in Peru. This renewed Observatory has a more friendly and accessible structure for people with disabilities, and it is aligned with the regulations for the development of digital government.

In VIRK we are interested in promoting digital inclusion. An accessible site is a site that can be visited by all people regardless of their navigation context. We follow the Accessibility Standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C); this means that people with disabilities can consult all the information published in the products we develop.
