Forced Displacement

CMDPDH

The Mexican Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Human Rights is a civil society organization that provides comprehensive support to victims of serious human rights violations and contributes to the eradication of the causes that produce them.

It is estimated that at least 329,917 people have been internally displaced by violence in Mexico from 2006 to date. This site presents the available data and shows the severity of the problem, the consequences for victims, and the government’s lack of action and solutions.
