The internal management of an organization can be made simpler and more transparent with the use of technology.

At VIRK we collaborated in the development of a platform for strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. This tool allows the definition of objectives at the organizational level, by area, by project and by person, to then follow up through activity schedules that are evaluated and graphed in reports of semi-annual results.
