  • The PRO Support and Unlimited Support services, as its name implies, do not place restrictions on the number of requests made by the organization that contracts the Support Plan.
  • PRO Support: The number of simultaneous requests they can request is two (2) per event, and they can request another two (2) at the end of their previous requests, without restriction on the number of events during the month.
  • The integration of Premium Modules / Services / Plugins does not include the single payment or subscription to said services and must be provided by the client; The integration of Premium Modules / Services / Plugins includes only technological integration to the service or web platform that the client defines, as long as its configuration allows it.
  • Unlimited Support: The number of simultaneous requests that can be requested is unlimited per event, being able to request as many services as necessary, the objective of the Unlimited Support Plan is to be able to provide a work plan to the organization with a defined delivery time in each event that it be presented in order to operate with total transparency on your requests; at the end of their previous requests they will be able to restart the cycle without restriction to the number of events during the month.
